Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering a child or using the Gulf Coast Community Changers LLC ("GCCC") website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Registration & Eligibility

  • Programs are open to children ages 5–12
  • Registration requires a parent or legal guardian
  • You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete
  • Medical notes and allergies must be disclosed for your child's safety

3. Registration Fee

  • The registration fee is all-inclusive and set per program, as shown on the Programs page and during registration
  • Fee includes all uniforms, jerseys, and gear as described in the program details
  • Payment is accepted via Zelle to the number provided during checkout
  • Fees are non-refundable once uniforms have been ordered
  • Fee waivers may be granted at the discretion of GCCC leadership

4. Assumption of Risk

Youth activities involve inherent physical risks. By registering your child, you acknowledge that participation in any GCCC program — including football, cheerleading, dance, arcade, recording studio, and body spa & hair salon — may result in injury. GCCC takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot guarantee against all risks. A full liability waiver will be provided at the first practice.

5. Code of Conduct

Parents and participants agree to:

  • Show respect to coaches, staff, volunteers, and other families
  • Support positive sportsmanship
  • Follow coach instructions and program rules
  • Report safety concerns to staff immediately

GCCC reserves the right to remove any participant or family member who violates the code of conduct.

6. Photos & Media

GCCC may photograph or video participants during events for promotional purposes (social media, flyers, website). If you do not wish your child to be photographed, notify us in writing before the first event.

7. Cancellation

Parents may withdraw their child at any time by contacting GCCC. Refunds are subject to whether uniforms have been ordered. GCCC reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to weather, safety, or insufficient enrollment.
